Red Azuki
The azuki small red seeds (about 5-6 mm diameter) with a characteristic white slit at the “eye”.They are particularly rich in insoluble and soluble fiber, diuretics, including two probiotic fibers, inulin and pectin (partially fermented by gut bacteria with the production of important fatty acids, the propionic acid and buttirico).
