Molino Bongiovanni has a production and grinding line totally dedicated to gluten free: cereals, legumes, thickeners, starches, powdered vegetables, fibers, yeasts and soy.
The flours are all rigorously ground to natural stone, we do not use chemical substances for storage but only cold rooms at controlled temperature and humidity. The choice of raw materials takes place according to the highest quality standards and the supply chain is largely biological (Biagricert).
We follow the oldest selection and processing techniques to guarantee the quality and quality of all our products.
